Alternate title: Alchemist vs Shinigami ;]
First of all, the idea for this vector isn't mine  I was inspired by one of *iDNAR's artworks [I think you can still see it in his scraps]. I saw his version long time ago but ever since I started my 'Versus' project, I wanted to make my own one.  In case you don't know, Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist and Hitsugaya Toushirou from Bleach have the same seiyuu [voice actress] - Paku Romi. She's actually one of my favourite seiyuu ever  She also voices Teresa from Claymore, Temari from Naruto, Nana Osaki from NANA and many more. [EDIT: As some people pointed out, Ren/Len Tao from Shaman King has her voice as well. In Polish TV Shaman King was dubbed so I never actually heard Paku Romi voicing Ren  /End of Edit]. Recently you can hear her as Kuchiha from Amatsuki. Out of all her roles, Ed and Shiro-chan have the most similar personalities, don't you think? We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
