Yeah, I know. It's Hitsugaya, just as I promised... but it's not the one from the WIP I really suck at planning, lol xD I have a friggin' pile of wips and can't force myself to finish even a single one >_<

So. This time I was browsing random galleries at Asian Fanatics [it's a great site with tons of pictures, check it out *_____*] and found this scan: [link] It was literally screaming 'Hitsugaya!!!' to me

Plus I wanted to vector fur for quite a long time ^.^

And look, Whitey-chan is blushing

Btw, the title is from this song --> [link] and means ' powdered snow'. It doesn't make much sense here, I just needed something winter-related xD

And the border is inspired by ~Hilaya's artwork, this one: [link] I hope she doesn't mind
